Making yourself throw up and not eating won't help you lose weight. Wanna know what that does? It slows your metabolism down because your body will think it's starving. Your teeth and your stomach will get messed up. You could die. So don't even do that. You need to lose weight the healthy way. Eat right, workout, drink lots of water, and sleep.
